Log into your Kwik Pets account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Pack the Items
Securely place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and accessories are included to prevent damage during transit.
Ship It Back
Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.
Receive Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
